•The goal of the Mechanization Value Chain is to increase the tractor density of the country from 0.027hp/ha to 0.207hp/ha by the year  2016;

•Increase number of tractors from 30,000 to 75,000 and at affordable mechanization cost to farmers;

—Total increase number of hectares cultivated would be 30,000.000 and gross production of 120,000,00MT.
